The name given to our agricultural concession is in no way an allusion to the great Italian opera composer Giuseppe Verdi (1813 – 1901) but a term inviting greening to develop arid areas and develop agricultural products.
VERDI AGRO large plot of 600 hectares is intended to be fertilized and developed to provide diversification of cereal crops (wheat and barley), olive groves, palm groves and market gardens.
Breeding of cattle, sheep, horses and goats is also planned.
An ambitious program, in the medium and long term, aims to install agricultural scientific research study panels (start up), installation of photovoltaic plates, exchanges of experts for possible introductions of specific plantations to the nature of the soil.
Over time, our bringing together of agricultural plots will make us more aware of the realities of the seasons and the land.
